ORDI request - FTTP available at adjacent property but not my address

Hi, i know this is a community forum, but as there's no email contact option, and there's a good 40+ minute wait time on the phone for customer service, i'm hoping staff can pick the message up on here.

I’d like to request that Plusnet raise an ORDI (Openreach Data Integrity) check for my address. My property shows FTTP as unavailable, however the adjacent property in the same terrace has FTTP available and is served via an overhead (OH) feed from a pole.

It appears my property is served via an underground route, and there may be a mismatch in Openreach records or routing.

Please can you raise an ORDI request with Openreach to:
- Review the records for my address
- Confirm whether it can be associated with the existing FTTP network
- Or be served via the same overhead distribution point as the neighbouring property wired across the terrace.

This is a data integrity issue rather than a general availability query. I can provide full addresses and screenshots if needed. Please contact me via DM for more detail.

Thanks

@Mooshykins Can you attach a copy of either https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL or https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome , with personal details removed, but including the narrative under the matrix, please?

Edit: I would follow @Gandalf 's reply.

Fix

I've had a look into this and I don't think an ORDI would help here, I reckon it would be best if you query it directly with Openreach's fibre availability enquiries team by filling out this form:- Fibre availability enquiry | Openreach

... and that might be the very crux of the matter.  If your property cannot be served by the same OH DP as your neighbours and your existing service is direct-in-ground (not a duct) then the construction charges to deliver FTTP might be more than the cost per household threshold ... leaving you with a sizable ECC bill.

We have seen this before where a property is that the end of a FTTP installed area, but their property is not connected / connectable.  The cost of digging a trench and laying a duct is more than the standard exempt charges - see excess construction charge - BT Community

@Townman

But surely in the case you mention Full Fibre would still show as available but with a KCI2 status.

Re: ORDI request - FTTP available at adjacent property but not my address

Thanks for your help on this, i contact Openreach via the form you suggested, they replied today saying they've put in an Ad-hoc request, and i should recieve an update within 3 months. Let's see what they say!
