ORDI Update Needed

Hi there,

Similar issue to a previous poster here which appears to have been resolved!

When joining plusnet, if I searched for our newbuild using our Royal Mail address, it showed no FTTP available. However, using the development name & plot number (usefully written on the inside of the openreach box - thank you engineer) we've had FTTP installed. However, our installation address does not reflect our actual address and i'd like to align these - so our bills go to the right place etc etc.

Can anyone help?

If you speak to our customer service team, they can make sure all of the address details are updated correctly.
