Not received link to claim reward

I signed up to the 145 broadband at the end of February and made my first payment over the phone, which was supposed tp come with a £140 reward card. I still haven't received an email to claim the reward card. How long does this usually take?

No, I called and set up directly over the phone as there was an issue with my address

Hi @chelsea0306 

If you're eligible for the offer, you'll be sent an email to the address you gave when you signed up. You'll normally receive this within 10 working days of your service being activated. Sometimes the email can end up in your junk mail, so check there as well.
