Not received email link for Reward Card

I signed up for the Plusnet 900 broadband service via ‘Compare the Market’ which redirected me to the Plusnet website offering a £165 Reward Card. The Plusnet broadband service was activated on the morning of Monday 1st June.
Having checked the FAQ’s, I should have received an email link to the £165 Reward Card within 10 days of broadband activation but I’ve received nothing in my inbox thus far, and that includes checking all spam folders.
Any assistance on this matter would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Community!
I can see that the email was sent to you today, so I'm not sure why you're not able to see this. Could you check all your folders again, and let me know if you have any luck locating it?

I have checked my inbox and all other folders including junk/spam and I can confirm that I’ve not received any email about the reward card.
