No reward card

I signed up for a package on the 8th of August due to the incentivisation for a 75 pound reward card, but never recieved an email. Does anyone know who to contact to fix this?

I signed up for a package on the 8th of August

You should get an email within 10 working days of the new package going live.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
