No reward card email received

Hello there, I joined Plusnet on 04/05/20 but haven't received the email with the link to get the reward card. I've checked my inbox and junk folder already. I see other people with this problem have got it fixed here. Please help!

Hey, I emailed plusnet@purecard.com and they say they can't resend the reward email I didn't receive, because they can't find me on their system. They say I have to tell Plusnet that my file hasn't been sent over....

I would really appreciate it if someone could help please.
