I agreed a grace period this morning at 9.30ish. Was told it would take 4 hours to have my services reactivated,
It’s now been nearly 7 hours and nothing.
Please can you advise? Nobody is responding to messages,
I understand it’s a busy time for all, but to be honest I’m starting to feel ignored.
