No email received to claim £75 reward card

Hi

 

I've had my service activated more than 10 days but have not received an email about claiming for the reward card. I've kept an eye on my junk and it hasn't gone there either. Can anyone help?

Hi , I’m waiting for email also , more than 10 days since account activated . I’ve already checked the junk/spam folder .
