No Reward Card

Hi,

 

I signed up for an internet contract back in early December, I still haven't received my reward card link, but do appear to have some issues receiving emails from plusnet. 

Is there anyone that can check this and resend the email to activate if possible please?

Just to add to this - no email in spam/junk
Have emailed the purecard email multiple times, attempted to call the phone number and it doesn’t work, been well past 10 days now

Welcome to the community.

If you ordered directly through Plusnet, you should have received an email within 10 days of your activation. Since you haven't received it, I've sent you a private message to get you some help with it.

If you ordered through a third party website, it's always best to contact them first, to check if it's been sent by them.
