No Reward Card email received

Hi, my broadband was activated on 02 July 2025, but I still haven't received the £50 Reward Card email as promised? Could you please check this for me please? many thanks.

I'm sorry to hear you have not received the Reward Card yet, I have now escalated this case to our Rewards and Cashback team, please allow up to 5 working days for a response to be provided and once received, we will be back in touch with you.
