Why is my latest in contract bill so high?

Hi again

Had an email with my latest bill & the amount looks a lot higher then I'm used to paying.

Logged in to my members centre to look at the latest bill & it seems I'm being charged £20.04 Promotional discount.

I know there have been issues with my account not generating bills recently which has now been sorted finally, but is this latest generated bill actually correct?

Regards

Lee

When does your contract end? Not saying that is the issue, but...

You probably need to talk to PN accounts.

March 2026, that's why I put in contract in the thread title.

@PowerLee

I know there have been issues with my account not generating bills recently which has now been sorted finally,

I suspect that's the problem.  Where the discount is shown as a charge, its usually because of a contract change. Since accounts are invoiced monthly in advance, where there is a contract change mid month, there's a pro-rata credit for any advance payment. Where there's also a discount, that then appears as a pro-rata charge.

I suspect in your case, because of the billing issues, the system has got confused . You need to either call in or possibly wait for a staff member to sort it out.
