No £145 Reward card

I'm a new Plusnet user starting on 14 July 2026, but until now, I haven't received an email about my £145 Reward card.

No £90 reward card for me either

How did you sign up for broadband? Was the reward card showing on the confirmation order?

If so, have you both checked your junk/spam folders for an email to claim the reward card?

Hi, I checked the inbox and spam box, but I also cannot find the reward email.
I went through Uswitch to join Plusnet and get a reward.

My husband and I have checked the in boxes and we have not received an e-mail regarding the £90.

I'm in the same situation, service started on 17th July but have not heard anything about my reward card

Same situation here too; I went live on the 15th July. Should be £95.00 in my case - nothing yet.

If not, how did you order broadband was this through a third party?

I can see the emails have now processed to claim the reward card. Please check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for the email to claim your reward.
