A recent e-mail from Plusnet advised me to keep a copy of my contract easily available, and gave a link to request a copy if needed. I now cannot find my original document and the link did not work.
Can anyone tell me how to get a copy? It runs from February 2026 to February 2027.
My attempt to ring Customer Service was cheerfully offered a wait of 45 minutes!
