Moving to Virgin

Hello. I have cancelled my Plusnet broadband and phone line as I am moving to Virgin. When I cancelled I confirmed that the Virgin services are being self-installed on Sat 21st but the gentleman I spoke to didn't officially confirm when my Plusnet service ends. I have a home call button so can't be without a phone line and Virgin have asked me to confirm when my Plusnet ends so they can port my home number. Will my Plusnet phone line simply end on 21st?
