Moved onto full price after only 6 months?

Just noticed my next bill is going to be £10 higher than I've been paying since taking a new contract in December and I'm on a contract until 2022. I moved house and was told I'd be on a new 24 month contract.

 

It would seem they've put me on a full price contract after only 6 months into the new contract?

 

Best to ring or whatever happened to the online chat?

Online chat has been stopped for around a year. Try calling customer options on 0800 013 2632 or drop a message via Twitter or Facebook
