All I get is the banner "welcome Back" and underneath a rotating disc saying 'Still loading'
Except it never does......
Is it down?

What are the issues with logging in and is it linkedto a problem with the accounting system please. Will the answer be on the "Horizon" soon.

I don't know what they were, @mort7890 , but they appear to be resolved - for me at least.

Just tried again and yes got in only to be informed that payment cannot be taken and my contract is for 24 months from 2017 to 2019 for broadband and line rental and all other products are on a month by month basis, the prices are also wrong. Just wondered if the accounting system has employed someone new from an old system.

I have no idea, @mort7890 - I don't work for PN, not even a customer any more, but just saw the original post and confirmed that was the case. Tried later, just to see if I could log in and I could, but as I'm on an email -only account now, there is no actual account data there.

@mort7890 My bill was issued today and since I have just re-contracted a couple of days ago wanted to check it. Had the problem of not being able to log in but that was fixed a couple of hours later.
Bill looks OK, in fact I don't recall any billing problems in many years with Plusnet, unfortunately others have not been so lucky.🙄

From what I can see your new contract hasn't gone through yet, it should take effect from your next billing date.

Got into my account on the portal at long last thankyou.
Regarding contract what you say does not appear correct to me, shown on the portal it was changed on the 7th February. However my bill is due in 4 days so I will wait and see and update you accordingly.

That's likely due to the attempt we made at re-contracting on the 7th.
The changes are looking OK to take effect from your next bill, but let me know how it goes.
