Making Contact

I wish I had never joined Plusnet, they can't be contacted by email. When they send me one, it's so small I cant read it in it's original form without increasing it.

When I last posted here, I did get notified but no link to it's location, so I never got to read it.

Re: Making Contact

@Roderunner I'm guessing, as you have posted in quite a large font size, that you have visual problems?

Don't quite get your second sentence?

Re: Making Contact

So its been moved, was that to stop me finding it?

Email from Plusnet is too small for me to read.

I read somewhere I could use a Smart Phone but can't remember what it was.

No, it has been moved so it gets more visibility.

Do you have an actual problem at the moment?

Well, you've managed to make the print large in your OP! So perhaps you can do the same with emails? I don't know how you access your Plusnet emails, whether via a browser or via a client email program, but you should be able to enlarge the print either way. e.g. Browsers have a 'Zoom' function to enlarge text. Also, some fonts may be easier to read than others.

Are you registered with Plusnet as vulnerable? I don't know if Plusnet has the ability to send out large format emails for people with visual problems.

Re: Making Contact

The zoom function should be available o client programs, it is on Thunderbird, anyway.

... and smart phones and desktops have smart readers.

Does anyone know of any ISP who sends EMAILS in large fonts for VIs?  It would seem reasonable that such a person uses local technology to support their needs, such as the devices accessibility tools.
