Just looking for some help for my elderly father who currently has no access to his plusnet email address.
His PC broke last week and only ever used this for his emails, so not able to access them on any other devices
He's just bought a new notepad and we are having problems accessing emails due to password issues. When we go through the reset procedure, an email is sent. However, as he has no access to the emails we are unable to reset it, so currently just going round in circles. We've also tried logging in using his username rather than an email address and have the same issue.
Would be grateful for any help as he's getting stressed over it. I'm not hopeful of him sorting it out of the phone, so trying this option to start with.
