Leaving PN.

After many years (>5) with Plusnet, I will sadly be leaving due to price increases on FTTC + Calls. (can't get FTTP due to  Openreach and contractors not completing work)

Customer services are unable to match or better the price being offered by the other provided. Sad

Will be sad to go.

Re: Leaving PN.

Not sure if I can disclose.

but it’s 24 months contract and includes anytime calls for less than the best deal I could find.

I was about to move at a cost of £32 per month for 12 months with unlimited calls.

Re: Leaving PN.

So if I have understood properly, you spoke to PN about leaving, they couldn't match the best offer you had, but then you received a good offer from PN a few days later?
