When my contract was due for renewal towards the end of March, I was unable to stay with Plusnet and keep my landline, so I took the advice of Customer Support and decided to bite the bullet and switch to EE and migrate the landline number to their VoIP service.
I'm not sure whose fault it was, but my switch was initially due to take place on April 7th, then was put off until much later, but still in April. That order was cancelled on BT's systems, and as a result, had to be reordered, but I've still been connected via PN, but billed at the out of contract rate.
My service went off around 01:10 this morning. I've since successfully connected to EE.- straight away in fact.
My reason for posting - as the delay in switching my service was none of my doing, would it be possible to get a refund of the extra cost involved in having to stay with PN for a few weeks at the out of contract price?

Hi @Jaggies
Thanks for coming to the community.
I'm pleased that the switch has completed now. If you have been left out of pocket due to the delay, our team would be able to discuss this further with you.
