Landline and Broadband increase after 18 months instead of 28
I had signed onto plusnet in July 2018 with the promise that my fees would remain at 23.99 a month for 28 months.
The price increase from 23.99 to 35.98 a month is steep and there has been no letter or email informing me of this change or else I would've called earlier to inform them that this was not agreed.
Now the phone line is down and the instant chat is down so I am having to inform of my issue here. It would be great if I could get a quick response and this can be resolved quickly.
