Good morning.
Just had my latest bill.
The contract I have says £27.54 with phone line and rental included at around £28.63.
The unlimited fibre is charged and then a discount applied to offset that cost.
Ie Last month the fibre cost was £24.38 with a discount applied of £24.38.
This month sees a fibre cost of £24.38 with an applied discount of £8.65.
It seems the discount on the latest bill has been reduced for some reason.
Realise that there were increases applied at March 31st but this seems to have been an error.

I suspect the billing system has prematurely discontinued the discount!. You're billed a month in advance and from what you say, only a partial month discount has been applied.
Two options, call in to Customer support and query the bill or wait for one of the help team to pick up this thread and look into it.
They usually pick up threads in the account/billing forum within a day or two...
