Full fibre 900 pricing

Hi

I upgraded to full fibre 900 (no landline) last September and my current bill is £50.50 per month and after contract ends this will increase to £70.89.

As I'm looking at moving home soon I have been comparing broadband deals, and noticed Full fibre 900 can now be had for £37.99 per month and after contract ends this will increase to £43.99.

This is a significant difference to what I'm paying - for the same service, and feels very unfair - is there anything I can do about this?Huh

Thanks

Paul

@phadnum

The £70.89 will probably be the out of contract price. Have you looked at yourr PN portal to see if a new contract price ahs been offered?

If you move, is it to a property with Full Fibre?

Re: Full fibre 900 pricing

Yes full fibre in the new property, and yes the £70 is out of contract price but is considerably more than the latest offer which has a £43 out of contract price. Doesn't seem too fair!

@phadnum

Ignore the out of contract price. Focus instead on the price of a new contract. Phone the PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to see what's available from PN.

As FF is available at the new address you would be able to do a "house" move with PN. Ask COTS about the costs involved - free I believe if you agree to a new contract.
