Hi,
I've just signed up for a broadband package. I tried to sign up online and got the the payment screen put in my details and was charged but then the page reloaded to ask for my details again.
I called up and they said the account wasn't created and they'll do it over the phone. I haven't received any emails from plusnet, only a text, and now I can't log into my account. Is anyone able to point me in the direction to fix this and the double billing issues?

I got my account sorted out thank you. I think the reward card I was eligible for when I signed up has been sent to an incorrect email address, turns out they misspelled my email
Who would I contact regarding this?
