The ticket on my account has come off hold again this morning regarding the ongoing billing problems....any chance I can get an update on what is happening!!

Hi there @mode101uk
Rest assured we haven't forgotten about you. I've provided an update on your ticket.
Going forward, please don't worry too much when your ticket comes off hold.
By placing it on hold it assigns it into a pending state (generally as no further action can be taken at that time, to await a review at a later date) until the date where it comes off hold. It is then assigned to a work queue.
Essentially when it comes off hold, it's then scheduled to be worked. We'll then pick it up accordingly.
