Invoice not showing St name

Hi,

My monthly invoices arent showing the street name , just a house number and postcode.

Any idea what to do? Dont fancy sitting on the phone for an hour and FAQs dont have this issue.

I've updated it now, but I don't think you'll see it until your next bill as we can't correct the previous bills.

Hi @Gandalf 

I received my first invoice a couple of days ago and noticed the same thing. In other words, the first 3 

lines of my address were my name, then my house number, then my town. No mention of the street name. 

I wondered if that meant you didn't have my full address recorded properly but when I look at my online account details, it's all complete. 

Could you arrange to have this sorted for me too, please.
