Incorrect billing

Hello,

 

Second month in the row I'm receiving wrong bill, that does not match the terms that were signed at the start.

 

Charged: 47.99 monthly

Contract: 33.99 monthly

 

After the last call to support, the extra 14 were added back as balance to the account, however, this month these have been subtracted back.

 

1 Balance brought forward £14.00

1 Full Fibre 900 05/12/25 04/01/26 £47.99

1 Gesture of goodwill 07/11/25 07/11/25 -£14.00

1 Payment 13/11/25 13/11/25 -£14.00

After the call to support, this seems to be sorted, but only next months bill will prove that.
