I just noticed Plusnet have overbilled me, my bill is £21.98 and gets paid on the 14th each month. Just checked and see Plusnet have taken £23.27 and I can't see anywhere the extra came from, I haven't made any phone calls.
It's not a big deal being a small amount, but it's the principal.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Sorry to hear that. I can see that previous contract was close to end and new one was agreed on Wednesday on this ticket.
