How long till my old account actually closes?

I had my final bill on the 4th of March which was in credit £17.81.

This credit was refunded back in to my bank account on 9th of March. 

My Plusnet account portal still says " account closing " see screenshot below.

When will my old Plusnet account finally close as at the moment it seems stuck in limbo?

Your account be closed btw, that message indicates this.

It’ll still be viewable for a period of time, as per the data retention policy.

I have the same problem, except no refunds yet.  Also, the return a router button is still greyed out.
