House Move Request - Non-Verbal Accessibility Support Required

Hello, I am moving house and need to arrange the transfer of my broadband service to my new address. Due to mental health reasons, I am unable to use the telephone customer support lines.

If possible, I need a Plusnet Staff Member to open a secure, private ticket or a private message thread directly with my profile here so I can safely provide my new address and move-in date. Please do not ask me to call the home move team, as I cannot do so. Thank you for your understanding and accessibility support.

Hopefully a staff member will pick up but in the meantime have you registered with PN as a vulnerable person. You can do so online at https://www.plus.net/help/legal/here-for-you/ (you need to login first).
