Helpline isnt ringing

I've been trying to phone the helpline all morning and it simply wont connect to the switchboard. It "calls" for about 30 seconds on pure silence then just disconnects. I'm trying to cancel my contract cause I'm moving but I've tried different numbers and everything. It just wont connect.

I'm sorry you were experiencing an issue with getting through to us, I know there was an issue with our lines on Tuesday and I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you here.
