Renewed a contract a few weeks back (service went live yesterday) and had this error message for a while now. Could anyone take a look at this for me please?
Had to speak to one of the COTs members regarding a billing issue on 15/07/22 and really don't want the issue again. I've already got a feeling I'll need to call up once more.
