Help with billing.

Hello so I changed my billing date to the 13th of everything month as I was told by a customer service rep that payment would be taken 5 days later, which would fall on the date I would be paid. I have received notice that my bill would be ready for viewing on the 13th but also payment would be taken on the 13th too.. I am wondering if this will happen as I wont be able to pay my bill that date.

I think you should ring Plusnet without delay and explain your problem, I knnow it's a trial getting through but this forum is not always monitored by the staff. I have found them very helpful.
