Help Assisstant - where is it.

Hi, I recently signed up to Plusnet and was pleasantly surprised when an item called "Help Asisstant " appeared . It had Questions that I had raised and replies from Plusnet staff. I also could add information to this Wizard page. However, since Ive actually been connected to Braodband and my account has started , all this extremely useful way of communicating with Plusnet seems to have  disappeared. Or has it? How do I get back to this helpful facility ? It appeared to have the words  "Portal "and "wizard" in the URL and allowed me to enter comments and raise questions.

Fix

As I am a new person I had a wee bit of difficulty finding this info. I have now found this page again. You "Raise a question" and it appears. I think it may be a very helpful way of getting answers directly regarding your account/billing/tech probs. No further help is required at the moment.

Re: Help Assisstant - where is it.

@dgf Just FYI, the ability of customers to raise tickets via that method no longer exists - only Plusnet staff can initiate them.

But they having been raised - by staff or process - they are accessible for responding to if required.  See the PN Tickets link below (log into the portal in a another window first).

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Help Assisstant - where is it.

Agreed, @Townman , but reading the OP suggests that a user can raise them.
