Havent received a bill for the last 6 months

Has this happened to anyone else.

 

I haven't received a bill for the last 6 months, have phoned up twice now to try and resolve and each time the ticket has been marked as closed but there has been no resolution

Yes, been trying to sort it for 5 months but with no avail. The plusnet billing team are a complete bunch of numpties!!
