Haven't received my cashback email
My Plusnet service has been active for a couple of weeks now and I haven't received the email link through to claim my cashback. I signed up through a third party site, and having read through Plusnet's FAQs I understand that I should have had a link through within ten days. I've checked my personal and Plusnet inboxes, both junk folders, but definitely haven't had anything through. Anybody have any ideas?

I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service. I have claimed the cashback for you and this will be sent to your address within 30 days.
