Has my discount been re-applied?

Hi.

I had a bill this month that was £37.44 and my usual bill is £29.98 about £7.40 more than it usually is. Also, the bill breakdown makes no sense to me.


I called customer service who said that it is because my discount had not been re-applied after a house move. (Odd, because my first bill after the move was normal)

 

They said that they have re-applied it and my account is in credit by £7(ish.)

Well, I can't see if I have a discount because I can't view my next bill and I can't see anywhere that confirms I am in credit.

 

 

Could someone look into this for me?
