We are meant to have a £5.99 discount on our bill until July 2018 but I noticed in Feb 2018 the discount was not applied and I was charged the full price (£19.99).
Could you please look into this?

Thanks for getting in contact. Looking into the account it appears the broadband contract was for 18 months and not 24 months meaning the contract discounts have now ended. I would recommend speaking to our customer options department on 0800 013 2632 and they will see what they can do for you.
