Not sure why it's on your account.  I suspect it was a mistake by the agent over the phone when putting your order through.  You won't be billed further for it though.

Ok, thats the voicemail sorted. Now can you explain about my referral that still outstanding from 01/07/10 of £1 per month.

This has been caused by a problem with referrals that we have at the moment. Internal problem 63080 is open and under investigation. I can't really give you a time frame for a fix at the moment I'm afraid but bear with us as I've set my self a prompt to contact you once this has been resolved.
