Expired Reward Card - Help Requesting Goodwill Reissue

Hi everyone,I am posting on behalf of my mother. We recently noticed the email for her broadband reward card, but it has unfortunately just passed the 2-month expiry deadline.Because she is older, she didn't spot the email in her inbox when it first arrived. The reward card was a major reason she chose Plusnet, and missing it was an honest oversight.Her account username has been added to my forum profile. Could a staff member please look into this to see if the link can be reissued or the value credited to her account as a gesture of goodwill?Thank you for your help!

I understand it will be disappointing to have missed out on the reward card part of the broadband offer your mother opted for. Having checked the reward card portal it is showing expired and I am unable to reissue it for you. 

I would recommend getting in touch with our support team who have access to your actual account and they will see if there is anyway they can assist you.
