£165 Reward Email?

Good Evening, just wondering if there’s any messages or correspondence about the reward card? I signed up for £165 one and haven’t had any message or anything to even confirm I’d be getting one? When can I expect the email? Thank you 💕

So just had a look, it is for £145 but when I signed up it did say £160. I took out the 900mbps plan that came with a reward of £160. I’ve got the screenshot to show this as well from before I signed up. Not overly bothered but just confused why it’s less than stated. Not sure how to attach a image

@RyanLinnett1996 You should be able to include a photo using the insert photo button above the text box when typing a message. How was it you signed up to the broadband package?
