Exit fee Question

I have my house on the market to sell I was under the impression i was on an 18 Month Contract and was going to leave it out of contract

but to my shock its 9 months remaining, I will most likely be moving 1st November and pay £34.43 a month

How much will the exit fee be on 1st November please ?
