Existing customer switch to unlimited broadband?

Hi
I am a long term existing customer who is still paying £5.99 monthly for 10GB of Broadband only (Plusnet Essentials Contracted). I find the price incredibly steep in the current market. However as an existing customer the promoted offers are seemingly not available to me. 10GB is simply not sufficient for me.
Is switching my internet provider the only option available to me to access Unlimited Broadband at a competitive price?

Ring the customer options team on 0800 013 2632 or 0330 123 9197 to see what they will offer you.

You definitely do not have to join another provider.
Call the number jelv posted and pick the option that you are thinking of leaving.
Then explain that you're an existing customer, that your contract is over and ask for existing customer deals. Don't forget to mention that you're looking for unlimited as you stated here and they'll make you a competitive offer which will obviously put you back on a contract.
