Error message

I keep getting this error message when trying to remove restrictions and pay my bill:
We're really sorry but due to a technical issue your service restrictions haven't been removed
Does anyone know how to get this off?

If you are still seeing this error and your service is still restricted, it would need to be something that is looked at by our customer service guides.

We can send a request here, but it will be quicker to give our guides a call so they can help to get everything up and running for you.
