I have had a long running debate about the extremely low level of customer support. The company has been trying to charge me for an engineer visit. Last month, they admitted that I should not pay the charge and refunded the money (even sending a bar ion chocolate through the post to say sorry- I'd prefer efficient service).yesterday, I received another email from them saying they are going to charge me £65 for an engineer visit.
This company is a joke. I want this charge dropped NOW.
This used to be a company with good customer service, until BT took over.
