End of contract info

In my member centre my 'Plusnet Unlimited (Contracted)' is showing as 15/05/2014, can anyone confirm that this means I can leave F.O.C after that date?
Thanks

Re: End of contract info

Hi Stranger, that is correct, you just need to give us 14 days notice where we will go through the correct cancellation procedures and even renegotiate a new deal.

Re: End of contract info

Thanks Ben.
So, can I contact PN 14 days prior to my end date to give the 14 day notice or does it have to be after the end of contract date?

Re: End of contract info

Just be aware
If you cancel the broadband - don't migrate using a recognised procedure - there will be a cancellation charge of £30

Thanks Oldjim, I'll be sure to obtain and use a MAC Key.

Re: End of contract info

As long as you leave after the contract period ends, you can give notice whenever you like.
As Jim says, if you use a MAC there are no further fees.
