Edit incorrectly formatted home address.

I received an email (see below) which inspired me to check my postal address - turns out there’s a space missing in the post code. There’s no way to edit the address unless you’re moving house. A bit weird?

Also, although I changed my contract from FTTC to FTTP over a year ago I did not, as such, ‘terminate my contract’ as stated in the email!

“We recently sent you a letter, however, this has been returned to us advising the contact details are incorrect. We are getting in touch because when you terminated your broadband contract with Plusnet you were not charged the correct early termination fees. This was due to an error on our end.“

@jagey I would call PN and ask them to (1) correct your postal address and (2) explain the 'termination charges' - which don't apply anyway.
