Could someone from customer services please contact me via email to discuss early termination charges. I do not wish to call you as I have a hearing impairment which makes this kind of call very difficult. Thank you

As you say the usual method is to call, perhaps someone could make a call for you? This forum is part-time monitored so your request may not be picked up. As a guide, the termination charge is based on the number of months still on your contract, less a small amount for the broadband you won't use.
