Hi Plusnet Team,
I accidentally processed two card payments for my bill on Tuesday 28th April 2026.
I can see both transactions on my bank statement for £31.50 each. I would like to request a refund for the overpayment back to my card.
Could a member of the support team please look into this and open a ticket for me?
