Discount not applied

I've just had my first full month's bill for broadband.  It should be £56.25 less £23.55 discount for 18 months, total £32.70 per month.  The discount has not been applied and the bill is for £56.25.

Please can someone at Plusnet correct this?

This error worries me because my last ISP was John Lewis Broadband.  For my last few bills with them, they repeatedly failed to apply the discount and I had to contact them repeatedly to correct it.  John Lewis Broadband is (or was) run by...Plusnet.
